The battery is replaceable. Basically I give it 4 stars for issues with shutting down after about a few minutes of no input. I assume this is a power saving method. I wish I could be changed maybe 3 to 5 minutes. Joysticks aren't the smoothest, but the controller can be disassembled. I plan to clean the joysticks and apply some lube, although this is minor. It's a very generic controller, but it gets the job done. This controller is an affordable price for what it offers. I still wish I could just use it on PC too.
