Sometimes the solution to a problem says more about a product and the company behind it than the product itself. I'm someone who has never ordered bed sheets. I have read all the comments and reviews. compared prices. and select leaves from Five Elements. I was particularly impressed with their claim that they stand by their product, to the point that if you are not completely satisfied they will give you a full refund and will not even reclaim your sheets. (Of course, I thought, why would anyone return used sheets - phew.) Well, I noticed an 8 or 9 inch fray on the fitted sheet - not exactly a rip, but a weak spot that's sure to tear. I reported it and was offered an exchange. I received the complete replacement kit in just a few days and had weeks to return the original kit. Since I had to return the original set, I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Don't promise anything in your ad and then don't keep it.
