Well I have to say I love blender bottles and have quite a few. I recently purchased a coral pink pack to complete my collection. When I first used coral, I dropped it (easily) on the laminate floor in the kitchen. It cracked on the side and my water ran all over the place. I've literally dropped every other bottle of blender I've had (yes, quite clumsily at times) and never had any problems. I dropped them on concrete, tile floors and so on. no cracks, no leaks, nothing. Their durability was the main advantage for me. I contacted customer service to inquire about a replacement cup (only the cup as a lid is fine). I was told that "normal wear and tear" is not covered by the warranty. So be careful buyers. The product is usually good but if you happen to get a bad one you're screwed because the customer service sucks as hell.
