It might work, but just not for me.
Bought to use with my slingshot that required RGB component input, has sound but no picture. I bought another model with a built in scaler and set the output to 720p and it worked. I tried using it directly on my TV and didn't get a picture either. From what I understand it should be 1080P compatible, but maybe not. The sound came through so it did something and I didn't have anything else with component to test so it's either defective or incompatible and I can't say for sure what.
