Best New England Rayno Gloves

Register for the spring half marathon? Of course! Train all winter in New England? A slap in the forehead! After trying on two other winter gloves while running in the early hours of cold New England, the Rayno's terrible blood flow to my hands almost overshadowed my training. That is, until I invested in these gloves. They're soft, wrist long enough to wrap around, fingers big enough to make a fist, and most importantly, they work. Only once, when the weather dropped to 4 degrees with a biting wind, did I wear a light knitted glove underneath - and then for a long distance. Back in the 10's and 20's these gloves have been fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough.

Cons
  • Very expensive
