This software is very easy to use with an intuitive interface that allows me as well my team members of different departments such as sales force automation (SFAM), customer service representatives etc., access track all incoming mails from our customers or prospects which helps us improve productivity by enhancing data accuracy at one place! The only downside I see here currently would be its price tag where it can cost you more than $1k per month if not managed properly but overall this tool has been working great so far without any issues faced during implementation process.
It's helping our organization manage every single email/package received via mail box applications like Gmail / Outlook 365 etc. Our entire SFM department including Salesforce Automation users are able to view details about each package right away allowing them quickly respond back to their respective clients while keeping everything organized within system itself.
