I love that we can use it in our home office and see all of our patients. It has been easy for me to navigate through with my own personal information and also the other staff members who are not as familiar with using this software. Sometimes you have to look up what is happening when you get an email and sometimes it may be hard to find if you're looking at your phone. The biggest thing I like about this program is how many different ways there are to help us connect with our patients. If they need a prescription refill or need to go back to the doctor's appointment, it will be seen in their record. We've made some great connections with our patients.
