Magnifies not 200x but only 8x
First, a microscope is good for looking at small objects, but a microscopic one is not. Revain's listing specifically states that it measures 200x and only magnifies up to 8x. The instructions don't say 200x anywhere and it's ridiculous for anyone to lie about it.
