My chair arrived on time with only 3 wheels in the box. It said to contact them directly if there were any issues, which I did and received an email response straight away. Henry from Defy Desk explained how they would solve the problem and if they would agree with me. A few days later my chair got four wheels and I am very impressed with their customer service. The chair is very comfortable and has thick comfortable padding. I have back problems and have to sit up straight. It takes some getting used to until the back muscles are strengthened. Also, I've read that this style of chair doesn't work if you're short. That wasn't my experience - I'm 5ft 2in and it's perfect. It was also easy to assemble.
