The missing parts are good for the chairs

The chair looks fine when taken out of the box but unfortunately it came without the screws/bolts needed to actually assemble the chair . Contacting support didn't help as they couldn't provide replacement parts. So unfortunately I had to go back. Too bad the company couldn't get it right!
