Having bought new granite countertops we knew we wanted to lend heat and finish protection to keep them clean and shiny. We took the risk and purchased the black and see-through/white. They are great. They protect our surfaces from high heat and from scratchy pots and pans. Soap and water cleans them off and they stay put for the most part. One is under our toaster oven 100% of the time. You might need smaller sizes. We bought the large because we have plenty of countertop space. Recommended purchase for heat and scratch protection. I cannot attest to their longevity and durability yet, but we don’t abuse them so I expect them to last and look great for a long time. Otherwise, I’ll be back to provide a lower rating.
