Review on EZCare by Richard Summerall

I love how organized it was! We had no issues with anything in our first month of using this program!! It also helped keep up records very well too since we didn't have paper files before switching over from my last place where everything used papers (even insurance). There were some things missing but nothing major just little quirks here or there like maybe an option not existing when searching something? Maybe if they would add more options while search so people wouldn’t think its all black & white lol i am sure other places do same thing though so idk what their issue could be?? So far great experience. Nothing really bad about ezcare as much because honestly everyone has problems somewhere right?! But overall good service excellent communication always helpful whenever needed plus customer support team are amazing. ! I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the system to fit our needs. The customer service is also outstanding. I wish we could have more options for payment. We are able to process payments online and have the ability to track the process. It is also easy to set up recurring payments. We can also set up reminders for payments to be made. We have been able to process payments for our daycare and have the ability to track the process.
