Review on 🧅 Harmony House Premium Dehydrated Shallots in a Convenient 8 oz Quart Size Jar by Mike Wachtel

I was so excited to be able to use this shallot in my kitchen. The first time I used them and dished out the casserole, I kept getting the "papery" stuff in my mouth. After a few bites, I realized they were shallot skins that had not been removed prior to dehydrating. Almost half of a tablespoon was like paper that doesn't fall apart and doesn't soften. I am so disappointed in this product and even more disappointed that I cannot return it. If I had seen them in a store I would never have bought them. I've bought shallots before and they have a white and reddish texture, but I've never eaten or bought the paper skin.
