Shortly after receiving the case I went hunting. I lost my cell phone on a dirt road. I found it two days later and it's been moved a few times. It was riddled with tire tracks and I've driven back and forth on this road at least four times in a Dodge Ram 1500 looking for it! The phone was intact! It was slightly bent and the on/off button was stuck and the face recognition stopped working BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS! THE GLASS WAS NOT BROKEN! What bothered me when putting the case on was that there were two films on the transparent protective pane, inside and outside. I didn't realize it was inside and thought it might be a bad design because it looked like there were air bubbles on the surface of my phone. My wife even said she thought it was a protective case but I said I took it off. It wasn't until I went to the AT&T store that the sales rep realized it was a screen protector and took it off. I was very happy then!
