When I first got this I quickly pulled out the brush and the dirt from the disposal got all over me and onto the countertop and I can tell you it was gross as hell haha.

I pour some bleach crystals into the sink, gently slide them into the sink, and start scrubbing away the dirt. Slowly removing the brush, careful not to let the bleach fly out with the bristles, I turn on the water and let the user run for a minute. It seems to get rid of the stench by doing this for a smelly sink at least once a week. Be very careful when I first got this I quickly pulled out the brush and the dirt from disposal got on me and the countertops and let me tell you it was gross as hell haha.
