I used the massager for pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Did not realize that diabetes might be an issue for usage. It's a little 'rougher' than I thought as I am pretty tough for a woman (and well insulated). I will probably use it but not like I thought I would and that is disappointing. I don't use pain killers and thought more of a trigger point approach would be better. Back to the Theracane I guess.
