Wow, I almost lost my finger. I made a few test cuts on scrap pieces and the bit hit a knot or bad spot in the tree and then rebounded hard. I took out the racquet and it was really bent. Be careful when using them. One of the 4 or 5 test cuts came out fine and really looked like it could work. but it was difficult to obtain a straight cut of any considerable length. I have a feeling it might work if the bit doesn't tend to flex. Maybe I just misunderstood?
