I had no problems at all with the new formula. They're still firm enough for me even though they're not as thick as some other brands. I haven't noticed the issue of them "drying out" on top, unless the bag was left unsealed and I've been using one of the bags without a dispenser for about six months and only seal it when I go. . I suspect if moisture ever did collect at the bottom of the bag I would turn it upside down and let gravity destroy what it originally did. But as I said, I have never encountered such a phenomenon. Maybe it's the California climate and not the desert or highlands that's causing the problems? Who knows! All I know is that for $20 I won't find anything better at a nearby store. When using disposable wipes, cost will always be a factor and even if it's less than it used to be, it's still fantastic value for money. Oh, and they never bothered my baby's skin. Everyone's skin is different, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. +1 for an unannoyed baby butt! USE SEPARATELY if you like it: Hubby loves to keep them in the bathroom too. They're great for him, they're great for cleaning the light blue iPad case I bought that gets dirty easily, they're great for removing stains that require a mild soap/non-abrasive cleaning, they are in some situations calming. , and is usually just convenient. I'll probably keep buying them even after the kids don't need them anymore.
