I have been juicing lemons by hand for years and could not justify the expense of a real juicer. Well, after all those wet hands, lemon juice splattered all over the place, and sore hands, I'd had enough. I ordered this and am definitely very picky about what goes into the kitchen to avoid spending more money on replacements in the future. I'm particularly concerned about security/chip/material issues. Well, I tried our classic chicken piccata and it was the quickest, easiest, and best-done experience. Pop in a lemon, squeeze the lever and all my seeds stay out (no more fishing!) and consistent results every time. I've saved more money by getting more juice out of my lemons than I probably would with the product. I wish I had bought earlier.
