I've had it for 4 months but I've only used it a few times and it just made this horrible noise like it shorted out and that Smell of fire and smoke. It really scared me. Such a shame. I had other cheaper models and settled on a good one; but it's not. Explicitly closed return window. I'm not sure what to do but I'll call Revane and see what he finds out. She told me that she needed to contact the sales team and get back to me within 24 hours. She did and informed me that the refund was not approved and offered a replacement. I have provided my contact details for a replacement and will let you know when I receive one. I told Karen I was really disappointed that no refund was offered. It's not like this thing just stopped working or just blew cold air. The thing totally blew my mind. I thought it would catch fire. I can't trust him anymore. I thought they would understand the difference; Doesn't work anymore, but doesn't light up. But they didn't.
