Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It's a little heavy, but strong. There is another beautiful shelf just above the main table. I set up a dual monitor there and my laptop on the main table. It has plenty of legroom. I actually store two suitcases downstairs, but I could also make a two-tier bookcase or ottoman with enough legroom. You don't have to wall mount it, but there are ways to do it. It's also easy to clean - the materials don't feel cheap or peel. It weighs 50 pounds but I'm 5ft 3cm tall and I can easily carry it around the room from assembly to placement in the room. It's perfect for small spaces. Two additional shelves offer enough space. I have a printer and some books about it.
