As a suspension installer, I use this for a function other than camber. I use this tool as a guide to get the car as close to spec as possible when it hits the door. I have several of these on hand so I can have one for each wheel. Since I do custom suspension, I try to get the camber as close to the camber as possible when it retracts. I know this won't always be perfect, but it works for what I need. What I do is this to measure camber from 0 as a guide if I have stock suspension. After the suspension is installed I will use this guide to restore it to its original condition and if that is not possible then at least I will know exactly how much camber is removed. For my use, this tool is perfect for what I need. I have 4 so it's not a problem for suspension installers.
