Works well in Oklahoma. When I opened the box I didn't think it would work (round plastic disc on the cord) but when I set it up according to the instructions (really easy) I found I got a really good quality TV channel. I don't know how many channels, but I reckon there are at least 50 channels and I have good reception on all of them. By the way, I never hung up an antenna. It comes with a large 6ft cord to hang it over the TV, but I just put it on a TV stand and it works great. All in all it was a really good buy.
