I like that this has helped our business out in so many ways. It has been used to help get clients to stay loyal to us and keep coming back. This is also helping us to track all of our leads and customer information so we can easily send them messages or offers when they are ready for it. We have also been using this to track our sales team's information as well. It has helped us with keeping up with who is doing what, which helps us be more effective as a whole. I dislike that it takes some time to input all of the data you need to use. There were times where it was slow to load and sometimes would not load at all. I think that the system needs more speed to load and process information faster than it does now. Webchise has really helped us take our business to the next level by being able to offer incentives, rewards and even tracking everything that happens in our business.
