Review on ๐Ÿ’† Gideonโ„ข Neck and Shoulder Therapeutic Self-Massage Tool: Dual Trigger Point Deep Tissue Massage - Ultimate Muscle Relief and Relaxation by Jared Perry

Just a few spots on the neck

I came back to edit my review because I realized what I did wrong. There are actually many points on my neck I can hit with this if I use it while lying down and place it under my head/neck. The balls are actually fantastic for hitting spots on the back of my head that I couldn't reach with my peanut massage ball or tennis balls in a sock. If you're a small person and ordinary massage balls are too far apart for you, you know what I'm talking about. This allows you to push the balls closer or further apart by squeezing the handles. I also found that I could lift the device up to hit points on my neck. Or I could even stand it up and lean my head against it to create more pressure. Maybe it was in the instructions somewhere on this page, but I missed it. Or not. But I'm glad I found out, huge game changer. Upgrading my rating to five stars. First review: It's made of great heavy plastic and everything feels pretty solid and well built. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Orange balls are made of durable rubber with a light texture. You can screw them in or out to put more or less pressure on your neck. I think this product is pretty simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, it only hits the few spots I need to hit my neck and none of the places I need it to hit my shoulders or shoulder blades. This gives a good relief to the few points it hits. I recommend something similar instead of one of those electric shiatsu massages that cost over $100. I bought one of these and they don't hold your trigger points to relax the right muscles. What happened to me is that I massaged my muscles and pushed too many toxins into my body and got the flu the next day.
