I purchased 9 of these. Seven went in without a hitch. Like the other commenter, the mid section of one simply cracked away from the plate and the broke in half at the screw site. Sooo disappointed! I removed the foam backing from the plate and was able to screw it in with little problem. Unfortunately, since I need 9, I will have to purchase a replacement. However, they do look very nice.
