Parts are missing but work well
Tripp Lite PR3/UL 3A DC power supply, 120VAC input to 13.8VDC output. In my case it wasn't significant since I throw them away anyway, but it does indicate the lack of quality control of Tripp Lite. The unit works well and provides a stable 13 volt DC power supply. Works well with the low-interference RFID electronic readers I use.
