To be honest, I initially felt uncomfortable with this device. I bought it at a flea market and it showed signs of an autopsy. But after using a multimeter to test the 12V, 5V, and 3V rails (all within 5% of their respective voltages), I installed it on my test computer. As it turned out, the system worked flawlessly.
