This was easy enough to apply while my husband and I prepped. We didn't find a need for gloves as mentioned in one of the other reviews. Be sure to comply with the limited time to let this sink in - see instructions - I think it's been about a month otherwise it will be difficult to get up. Be careful when your carpet is resting on the plate, especially in corners where the carpet tends to lift. I do not recommend pressing all surfaces into the carpet - this is necessary and makes lifting difficult. Sale.
