Pleasantly surprised by this product! I am very glad that I chose this steel grinder! I've thought about getting a plastic one, but considering the price difference isn't that big, I know I made the right decision. Not only is it stronger than plastic, but food won't get stuck in the grooves that some cheaper plastics have. They're also flat and easy to store away (unlike plastic, which don't have grooves but are rounded)! What I liked was that I could also easily "raise" the pork roast I made from Crockpot and Instapot (I made 2 roasts!) and then shred it easily. Now I can make pulled pork and tacos easier and more often! Happy family! Happy customer!
