I make homemade bread a lot and this one is amazing! He replaced the 100% bamboo one with a folding door. The old one worked for about a year and when I noticed there was mold on the bottom. I picked it up and the bottom of the inside of the box was covered in mold! Yes, the bottom was actually pressed cardboard with a faux bamboo backing. Either way, it's cool! Holds quite a lot and does not contribute to mold! Keeps bread fresh and sweet at the same time! I also bought a dish rack! Just get it!
