I was looking for a cheap turkey salt bag and this one worked! It held my 12 lb turkey and about 6 liters of liquid with a little extra room. I would recommend bringing a bucket as otherwise it will be difficult to pour the liquid unless someone is holding the bag. I will also note that although the bag appears thinner than other bags I have used in the past, the quality of the bag is very good. Normally my turkey wings break a hole in the bag when I put the turkey in or take the turkey out of the bag, but I've had no issues with this bag and the holes. The only downside is that it isn't a zip and the straps that come with it don't really keep the bag closed. However, some twirling ties or rubber bands will do the trick.
