Review on Office For Visual Affairs by Matt Simpsons

I really enjoy working at OFVA because they are very collaborative with their team members in order for us as an individual or business owner is always given feedback that will help our projects come together better. They also have great leadership which allows you freedom while still giving direction towards success of your project/project's ultimate goal! There isn't anything specific about this department that i dislike but everything seems fine at this point since it has been awhile since my first interview there so not sure what could be improved upon. Working here feels more professional than some others where employees can't seem focus due to lack of structure within the workplace. This is one place i feel comfortable taking time off work without worrying if someone else needs me immediately when returning from leave. It helps keep morale high knowing people aren't stressed out by having too much going on around them.
