I like the fact that you can schedule appointments in advance, which means that you don't have to keep track of them all through the day. You can also add notes to your appointments - for example so you can remember to get something from the chemist when you go. Also, Power Diary allows you to see who has viewed your appointment via an icon next to the appointment date. This helps me when I'm away from my computer and need to find out if someone else has seen my appointment. Sometimes there are issues with logging in, and it's hard to figure out why this happens. For example, sometimes I'll log in to check how many people have viewed my appointment, but then it will say 'you did not enter any data'. This doesn't make sense because I've just logged in a few minutes before. I would recommend Power Diary to anyone looking for a simple way to organise their appointments. We use Power.
