Product fit and function was great. It's not hard to change when you watch YouTube. Lots of videos - some very good - others?. Two very important tips I learned from the video: 1. You don't have to disable the window! (Leave the top and back metal plate screws in place, but do not tighten them! 2. Many people find that the two mounting screws are difficult to loosen - As suggested, I removed the screws (one at a time) with a heated Weller soldering iron.(Brand doesn't matter that much) When it started to smoke a bit the screws came loose easily and I reused them.The lifespan of the new part?Time will tell
