Cheap and crappy on outdoor cooking equipment and accessories

They're just incredibly cheaply made. They are stamped from a thin sheet of metal, so everything will flex under just the slightest pressure or weight. Try holding a steak on a fork and it will bend so much it will fall over. Rather spend a few euros more for something stronger.
