Review on Apex DT250A Digital Converter Passthrough by Bobby Montoya

I don't usually write reviews but I think this one might put others off buying these boxes. My box actually lasted more than 4 months, but when it decided to stop, it was difficult to troubleshoot. There is a troubleshooting section in the user guide, but my problem was that the device turned off and stayed off, the power button turned red (instead of green, indicating the device was working). I've tried all the suggestions in this section but no luck. There isn't much information on the websites either, I have a DVD player from this company that still works so I think that this will work. They don't, and while I haven't tried to engage with customer service, I genuinely believe they won't do anything to make me happy as a regular customer. I didn't have these reviews when I bought the converter box and if I did I definitely wouldn't invest in a device that doesn't last long. I'm going to buy a replacement box and I don't have a TV yet.
