Easy to use NOT WATER PROOF
They are easy to use and convenient for a cheap reusable option for sous Vide however they aren’t really easy to clean especially if you put butter or oily food in it. Also make sure the air port doesn’t go under the water. It may be air tight but not water tight which is a real bummer kind of my only negative. If that’s not a concern for you then this is a great product.
