Bought for my son about 6 months ago. He is 16 years old and weighs around 115 pounds and spends a lot of time on it due to online training. He felt it was comfortable enough, but it could have been better. Everything is adjustable, which is great, but the main issues are that the armrests are a little wobbly and always don't seem to be attached properly (they are, they're only adjustable and have some play), as well as the fact that the padding is very firm . The back support is great, but the reclining feature was almost non-existent for the first week or two. However, this has improved over time. Even on the lowest setting, it's still stiff, but that may be partly due to its slim build. A heavier person would probably feel differently. Overall he's happy with it, but when asked if he'd recommend it, said he'd probably spend a little more time researching alternatives first.
