The day I opened the product, I tripped over a cable and ripped the cable out of my computer. and was on the line for 2 hours and was told they would contact me in 72 hours. Well it's been two weeks and the reply was; "You can buy a new cable, but you must send a video of what happened." I will never buy from Razer again and I will recommend to my family, friends and you good people never to buy from Razer.
