We ended up donating this because it never stopped smelling of a very strong chemical smell. I had such high hopes for this, but my cats wouldn't go near it. We left it to air outside for days. Then it sat in the house for several weeks. I tried to pretty much push them side, but they weren't having it. It still had that horrible smell. It was less than when first opened, but it was still there and quite strong.I had such high hopes for this. It would have been perfect if not for the smell. It was easy to turn into the box and was surprisingly sturdy with the lid on. I sat on it, it didn't collapse. I'm not a twig. I am so tired of ugly cardboard boxes around as cat houses.
