A good product. Dismal performance

I have ordered this product twice and received less than the quantity ordered both times. If I didn't like the product, I would refuse. I was told the 4 pack was out of stock so I ordered the more expensive 6 pack. Today I got four after paying six. Last time only one was delivered and I had to go back to get the four I ordered. I won't bother pretending it's my duty to fix this mess. I have requested the remaining two and if that doesn't happen I will look for another product and cancel the recurring order for 6 packs.
