Difficult to set up

The instructions make no sense, if you can call them instructions at all. You need to go to the website and watch the video. So the initial installation of the lock went according to plan and is still working. But the second froze. It won't close, it won't go back to 0000. It won't lock with my code and won't unlock with my code. It's just frozen. Ordered new locks with spare keys.
