I timed some zebrafish with this. I've lost neon tetras every time I've bought them. At first I thought it was catfish. So this time I put them online. Tetra we're still disappearing, the fish skeletons remain. A little research showed that zebrafish can have a bloodthirsty leader, so I picked the two tastiest and put them on the timeout network instead. Bought a few neons and a week later all the neons are still there. The network is great. Durable, with 6 cups for easy attachment to the tank wall and lots of mesh. No need to hold on to the edge of the aquarium and disturb the lid. Not sure if the net will hold newborns. I think so, but I might put some gravel or something on the ground to give them a place to hide.
