Review on Delphi FG0324 Fuel Pump Module by Gary Newman

Revain kept emailing me feedback on this pump so here it is. I didn't want to review it too early as it was only installed in my 2001 Tahoe for about a month. My Tahoe started to run badly. As in no, no, no, no, no, vroom. It took several revolutions of the engine to start. I was able to turn the key three times for the EFI to do its thing to get more fuel into the engine and when I turned it it started right away. I saved $100 buying this part from Revain including tax and shipping. The Delphi pump solved the hard start problem. Delphi claims to be the best pump you can buy for the model of car I need. There are some other brands that seem to be both lower quality and lower price. I was planning on doing it myself but found a mechanic who said he would do it for $100 when the tank was almost empty. I drove it until it had a few gallons left and brought it to him. However, most people don't have that luxury because if a pump fails, it fails immediately. I was blessed and got to ride it for a few more days. I will change the Wix filter more often than before. By the way, this pump also fixed my fuel gauge! Wow, nice bonus! In summary, this pump still works great despite being installed recently. Update ###### the pump is still doing its job perfectly
