I am working as an Account Executive for this provider; they have helped my agency grow in terms of leads generated per month which has enabled us create stronger pipelines for our customers leading into sales conversations or negotiations. They also offer some amazing analytics that allows me report accurately what each lead profile looks like allowing marketers such high level insight around targetability, ideal customer type etc. Their team can be quite difficult at times requiring several follow up calls from myself before achieving results but if it's important than it needs done! This has allowed increased activity across all accounts we manage on behalf of clients by ensuring there pipeline remains full without over reliance upon costly outbound calling campaigns (often considered 'dirty' marketing methods). The support team was always quick at replying back when I had questions or concerns about my account! They were very knowledgeable in what they did as far sales went. My only problem that i have while using this product so far has been finding leads for me personally which can be hard sometimes if it's not well known products/companies out there but other than thats great everything else works perfectly!! Great customer service overall from start till end of contract period (if any).
