Great for headaches, body aches and nausea/morning sickness
This salt is absolutely essential for aches and pains all over my body during pregnancy including my pressure/tension headaches that start at the base of the neck and it helped me greatly with my "morning" sickness (also known as daytime sickness) to the point where I could actually eat after the bath and suppress it. I really wish someone would have told me that many years ago. As I'm very sensitive to smells, I love that it's completely fragrance-free. If ever I just feel "off" in my body, I take a nice long soak with Epsom and I feel like something has been reset.
