Userful - Great Platform with Amazing Support

The ability to manage both the customer service side as well as sales efforts from one platform is great. They have some really nice reporting features too that you can use to analyze your customers and campaigns. I love how they've integrated their API into the front end so you don't need to worry about sending out an application or having to go through another platform. We've been using this tool for almost two years now and it's been working extremely well. I do not dislike anything about the program, but I would like to see some more improvements in terms of the integration between different platforms (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords) and other third party tools. It was easy to set up and has saved us a lot of time.
