For the small cost I figured I could find out why nearly 5,500 ladies had taken a chance on this hair piece! I'm sooo happy I did! :)1. I was very impressed with quality & care of packaging. It came flat secured with a hairnet around it keeping it straight & untangled.2. The synthetic hair in my opinion does not look or even feel synthetic! It isn't overly shiny like one would expect.
