I'm very impressed. My main goal was to improve visibility. These lights are very bright even in bright sunlight. They really stand out and want to be seen. Much brighter than the standard bulbs and much brighter than the LEDs I've had before. As advertised, the bulbs work without any additional load resistance. This is my second set of LEDs and the point of failure has always been load resistors. Since they were superfluous, the cables and stuff had to be tied together under the hood. They always got wet and the connector to the resistor broke at some point. With new bulbs, everything should be waterproof. The only problem I had was one lightbulb didn't work on the first try. I just unplugged it, flipped it and it worked. I'm not entirely sure if this changed the value, but the end result is all I care about. The bulb itself is slightly larger than the stock bulb. You can definitely see the LED bulb through the lens. It is slightly closer to the lens than to the lamp. My setup was on a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia. Hopefully those bulbs will last the life of the truck.
